TERMS OF SERVICE
What I Will and Won’t Draw
I Will Draw:
• Female and male characters
• Fan art of existing characters
• Mild nudity (e.g., cleavage)
• Mild gore (e.g., blood, wounds)
• Elders or babies
• Robots or extreme mecha
• Extreme gore or NSFW content
• Animals
• Extreme muscles, heavy beards, or very masculine designs
1. Instructions
• Please provide your email address so I can deliver the final artwork in JPG or PNG, depending on the background.
• I am a student, so please be patient—art takes time, and I strive to deliver my best work with each piece.
• I retain full rights to the artwork and may use it in my portfolio or promotional posts (crediting you as the commissioner unless requested otherwise).
2. Process
• Once payment is received, I will send a sketch for your approval. You can request any changes at this stage.
• After the sketch is approved and I’ve started line art and coloring, only minor adjustments are allowed.
• Major changes after this point will incur an additional fee.
3. Payment & VTuber Model Policy
For VTuber model commissions:
• If you're paying in installments, I will only provide updates until the colored sketch phase; no further progress will be shared until full payment is received.
• Models typically take 8–9 months to complete, depending on the queue and complexity.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
For VTuber Models:
• If a refund is requested after the line art or flat color stage, only 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
For Other Artwork:
• After the initial sketch phase, refunds are limited to 50%.
• Full refunds are only available if the work has not yet begun.
Partial Refunds:
• If a partial refund is issued for a commission, the remaining payment is considered compensation for the work already completed under the original agreement.
• Attempting to repurpose funds from a partially refunded project for unrelated work is not permitted and will be considered a breach of terms.
• Any additional work must be commissioned separately and paid for in full at my current rates.
General Notes:
• A refund cannot be requested once I’ve started the commission.
• If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will offer a full refund or a suitable alternative artwork.
• Dissatisfaction with the final product does not qualify for a refund, as you are given multiple opportunities to provide feedback and request revisions during the creation process.
• Attempting to dispute or charge back on this basis will result in being blacklisted from future commissions and fellow artists will be informed.
5. Waitlist
• If my slots are full, you are welcome to request a spot on the waitlist.
• I’ll notify you when a slot becomes available.
• If I don’t hear back within one week, you’ll be removed from the list.
